6.30.14 - Cape Cod Museum Of Natural History - KidSummer Birding 101

Earlier this year it was asked of me if I would be interested in contributing to KidSummer, the museum's day camp program. I jumped at the opportunity and this was our first week of Birding 101. What a great bunch of KidSummer Kids! We initially needed to get to know each other of course & everyone has a personal story about a bird. We constructed our birdoculars and discussed tips for improving our bird identification skills. It was a hot summer day and it's always interesting which birds we discover along our field walk.
